Shipping prizes vary in relation to weight and destination and will be displayed during the order procedure. Items are shipped either in Economy or Priority shipping speed. Packages over 1kg are tracked. Letters size are not, so if you wish a service with signature to ensure traceability, please add EUR 5.50 to your Paypal payment and inform this in your Paypal comments. We do not take any responsibilities if your order doesn't arrive to you. The delivery times are given for guidance only based on Swiss Post information and are without any commitment from us. 
We send to almost all countries in the world. We add little by little to the shipping list all the countries. If you would like to purchase our books, but your country doesn't appear in the list, please contact us. We will add it in priority.  Payments are usually done by Paypal and in EURO. If you wish other payment system, other currency or if you have any special requests about these books, please don’t hesitate to contact us here. We are happy to find a solution. The amount paid by the buyer includes:
- the price of the book/item
- the shipping price (Economy speed)

Books and other items from this website are sold most of the time directly from Vionnet's Studio. Please allow one full week before the book is shipped, mainly since the COVID distance laws, post office queue is huge. Books and other items bought from this website cannot be returned. COVID 19 :: Some countries will have delayed delivery due to COVID-19. Some countries might still not be possible to be delivered. If so, you will be contacted and be fully refunded.
